Shipping policy

We proudly ship from Vancouver, BC Canada - Duty and tariff free anywhere in Canada. 

We offer FREE shipping on all orders anywhere in Canada and the USA. 

Please note, products shipped to customers outside of Canada may be subject to applicable duties, import fees, taxes or brokerage fees payable on or before delivery to you the customer.

Free Shipping to Canada and USA on all orders

Currently, we ship to Canada and the United States of America. 

Please check the individual Product page for specific delivery options. Your orders will be subject to the shipping and handling terms and conditions contained in the Takasa General Terms and Conditions.

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed after 12:00 pm, PST, or on weekends will be considered to be placed the next business day.  We do not ship on weekends or statutory holidays in British Columbia, Canada.

Shipping rates:

Domestic (Canada & USA)

Orders under $150 CAD / $135 USD, before taxes and after any discounts applied, and shipped to Canada or the United States within 2 to 14 business days: $0.00 plus applicable taxes.

Orders over $150 CAD / $135 USD, before taxes and after any discounts applied, and shipped to Canada or the United States within 2 to 14 business days: $0.00.

Takasa does not take responsibility for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier

After you order, you’ll receive an email confirmation along with a link to check the status of your order. When your order ships, you will receive a shipping notification email containing a tracking number. If you do not receive these after ordering, you can email us at hello@takasa.co or call us at 1-866-2-TAKASA and we will assist you with your order tracking.
