Currently, we ship to Canada and the United States.
How long will it take to get my order?
Domestic orders within Canada and US shipped and delivered within 2-14 days.
Where is my order and how do I check the status?
After you order, you’ll receive an email confirmation along with a link to check the status of your order. When your order ships, you will receive a shipping notification email containing a tracking number. If you do not receive these after ordering, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 1-866-2-TAKASA and we will assist you with your order tracking.
How do I cancel my order?
Orders are packed and shipped within 48 hours of the order being placed, so please contact customer service at 1-866-2-TAKASA as soon as possible to see if the order can be cancelled, If an order has already shipped, you can email email@example.com to initiate a return once you receive your item(s).
What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer 60 nights for you to be satisfied or send your items back.
Within Canada, we offer free returns within 60 days of delivery.
For USA orders, returns can be made within 60 days of delivery with a $15 return shipping charge applied.

Takasa does not take responsibility for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
