COVID-19 Shipping Update
We are open and shipping orders as per our regular schedule. Our North American delivery partner Canada Post has advised us to allow an additional 1-7 business days on top of our estimated delivery timeframe for Canadian and USA orders.
We offer FREE tracked shipping on orders $250+ or $10 flat rate shipping to anywhere in Canada and the USA for orders less than $250.
Where do you ship?
Currently, we ship to Canada, United States and the United Kingdom.
How long will it take to get my order?
Domestic orders (within Canada and US) shipped and delivered within 2-14 days. UK orders are shipped and delivered within 21 days.
Where is my order and how do I check the status?
After you order, you’ll receive an email confirmation along with a link to check the status of your order. When your order ships, you will receive a shipping notification email containing a tracking number. If you do not receive these after ordering, you can email us at email@example.com or call us at 1-866-2-TAKASA and we will assist you with your order tracking.
How do I cancel my order?
Orders are packed and shipped within 48 hours of the order being placed, so please contact customer service at 1-866-2-TAKASA as soon as possible to see if the order can be cancelled, If an order has already shipped, you can email firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate a return once you receive your item(s).
What is your return policy?
In Canada and the US, we offer free returns within 60 days of delivery. For UK orders, returns can be made within 60 days of delivery with a return shipping charge applied. Simply email email@example.com to initiate a return.
