We currently offer free shipping on orders over $150 to Canada and the USA.

Orders under $150 within Canada shipping is $10 and $15 within the USA

Wool pillows are made-to-order and take approximately 4-6 weeks to craft and deliver. There are times when we have a few in-stock, if that is the case, we ship and pack orders within 2 business days. If standard shipping is elected, your package will arrive 4-7 days after they have been packed.

All of our dyes are approved by the Global Organic Textile Standard to be free from harmful chemicals.

Our Natural colour bedding and towels are not dyed and therefore do have natural specs and imprefections.

We recommend refreshing your wool duvet insert and pillows by periodically hanging it outdoors in the fresh sun.

Can be placed in a machine in cold water on soak and spin cycles onlyDo not use the wash cycle, which agitates and can ruin your comforter. 

Drape in the sun or a warm place to dry. Do not wring or machine dry.

Please note: Due to the variety of washing machines on the market and the differences in their operation, we do not guarantee your wool items once they have been machine washed. We want you to enjoy your natural products for years to come and offer these washing instructions to assist you in giving them the best care possible.
